This is my weeks dress for the Project Run and Play challenge - use a white sheet. I thought of all the white being a canvas - and I started to paint. I found the above painting and I made it mine...
The dress is a simple A-line dress, where the painting is the focus. My girls helped me paint some of the flowers.
I made an exposed zipper in the back, adding some color to the back as well.

How I did it:
I used an old shirt as my pattern, cut a front and a back, I used the hemline of the sheet as the hemline of the skirt.
And then I started painting!
i find it such a happy dress!
