I love this saying - the very first time I read it was on a graffiti painting on a wall in Brooklyn. I was walking passed it every day for a month. It is so true - if I want to know anything about where my life is heading, I have to make the choices about my future myself. I have to be proactive.
I have this saying on the wall at my job - I work with grown ups taking their high school diplomas - so this is very true for them too.
Be a dreamer, dream big - and even if your dream doesn't come true, there will be something coming out of your dreams. I have this saying on my kitchen wall.
So true.. on my living room wall.
And this... this is my door mat.
